Excel Table-to-React Component Converter

I am seeking an experienced developer to convert an existing Excel spreadsheet into a React app. The new app should incorporate a feature to visualize data and allow interactive filtering. Additionally, I need an 'export to Excel' function, and a button to generate a PDF of the form, which should contain all form fields and maintain the same layout as the original form. Ideal candidates must have previous experience with Excel, React and PDF generation. Technically, proficiency in data visualization and interactive filtering is a desired bonus as well.
