Excel Survey Results Interpretation

Having recently conducted an employee survey, I require assistance in presenting these results in a meaningful and digestible manner. I've collected the raw data and it's in Excel format but I need it to be professionally organized so it can be easily reviewed and addressed accordingly.

I shall need:
- An expert in Excel to categorize the survey results into distinct themes for simpler interpretation

Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel data manipulation and presentation
- Capable of quick turnarounds without compromising quality.
