Excel Survey Feedback Processor

I need an Excel spreadsheet tool for processing teacher feedback from a CSV survey output file. The tool should:

- Allow user to select location of survey output file
- Combine teacher feedback (both comments and ratings) into organized columns for summarization
- Include button to generate teacher reports
- Specify output location for PDF files

Button functionality will:
- Create one PDF per teacher, saving as a PDF with only their results

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Excel, especially with CSV files
- Experience creating automated reporting tools in Excel
- Knowledge of PDF generation from Excel
