Excel Spreadsheet that processes bulk shipping data into useable format

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to develop an Excel Spreadsheet that will process bulk shipping data provided by me into a useful format. I have a template that I will provide with the requirements of what the final processed data should look like. The shipping data that will be processed involves serial numbers, weights, dimensions - to be broken down per carton. All information also needs to include any additional data necessary for shipping purposes. The amount of shipping data being processed each time is under 100 rows. The successful freelancer must be knowledgeable with Excel and be able to turn around the project quickly.
