Excel Spreadsheet repair

I have a basic excel spread sheet for my development projects. I am not good at excel and need it to be brought up to a professional level looks and ability to navigate simple to read for my clients. For each job "tab" I would like to be able to scroll from my job notes then down to a job schedule. I'll take any suggestions. Currently the schedule is a separate spread sheet. Need an overall better spread sheet to review my jobs notes and schedule.
