Excel Spreadsheet meet CRM capabilities

Imagine a lead, and multiple people touch that lead. I want time stamps for each person who opens the lead, and all there notes included. I want each lead to have status active, closed, offers, and the ability to assign rights to each individual to what leads they can or cannot see.

I want the ability to assign, and always keep historical data and time stamping for each lead, and icloud based.

Ability to color code each lead into whatever stage it may be in.
