Excel Spreadsheet Stock Assistance

I need help with an excel spreadsheet.
I have a few stocks in my spreadsheet that are of the "Stock" data type. I need a formula to get:
- The closing price of the stock 5 trading days ago
- The closing price of the stock 20 trading days ago
- The closing price of the stock at the end of the last trading week
- The closing price of the stock on the first trading day of the year
- The highest closing price of the stock over the past calendar year
Note that the formula should work even if the trading day falls on a weekend or public holiday - in this case it should take the closing price of the trading day prior to the weekend or public holiday.
