Excel Spreadsheet Macro creation

I have two Excel spreadsheets. I have to inport several coloumns from one sheet to the other. I also have to refromat some of the data. And finally, on the destination spreadsheet, one line will turn into 32 plus lines. It would be faster to do this with some formula and Macro writing. I can send examples to qualified applicants, with more conversation.
