Excel Spreadsheet Guru

We're a company working on a large Excel contact database for our sales team. We need help with making sure that the Excel document doesn't get too cumbersome to use and this may involve writing macros in order to write simple queries. It'd be preferred if you have experience with MS Access in case that's necessary. We'll start off with a call to discuss the project and give you the details.
