Excel Spreadsheet Data Merge, Identify Matches from Different Lists to Add Missing Data From One to Another

I have a master Excel Spreadsheet list with many more contacts and an additional field of email addresses... and need them matched to contacts of a smaller list - so I can add the emails to those still left on the smaller list.

I also have other Excel Spreadsheet sorting like this I would like done to create different versions of sheets from the same data (just sorted differently) over the next 5 days.
