Excel Spreadsheet Creation & Calculation

I need a pretty simple Excel spreadsheet. It is for a used car dealership. I need a row to imput the vehicle, one for the purchase price of the vehicle, one for the cost to prepare the vehicle for sale, one for the sale price, and one for the profit or loss on the sale. I would like it setup with tabs at the bottom for months and years
