Excel Spreadsheet Conversion - Desktop ---> Office 365

I am looking for a freelancer to convert my desktop Excel spreadsheet from .xlsx format to Office 365. The ideal candidate should have experience in Excel and be able to ensure that any complex features like macros and pivot tables are compatible with Office 365. Additionally, I would like to add some additional features and functionalities to the converted spreadsheet. The project requires attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a high-quality final product.
I contacted the original freelancer who finished the spreadsheet but was just told "it was developed for desktop". My inference was that the macros and other functionality could not be accomplished with a web version of the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is used to track workout progress and most of it involves simply formulas so I was quite surprised by that assertion.
