Prize money payments to customers at 4 sites
Present we have a list of customers that we make payments to at 4 different locations and are having to enter customer information 4 times (quadruplicating)
What we would like to do is enter new customer information once and it updates all 4 locations to avoid duplication but still keep all 4 sites separate (drop down menu or similar)
