We are looking for an experienced Excel expert to improve and enhance our current Selling Price Calculation and Price Comparison Sheets. The project includes refining formulas, making the sheets more visually appealing and user-friendly, and creating an advanced reporting dashboard.
Responsibilities:
Formulas and Calculations:
Review and improve existing formulas in the Selling Price Calculation and Price Comparison Sheets.
Ensure all necessary fields are accurately calculated and included.
Formatting and Design:
Redesign the sheets to be visually attractive and easy to navigate.
Maintain a consistent and professional format throughout all sheets.
User-Friendly Interface:
Add options for approval processes and drop-down lists for suppliers and customers to streamline data entry.
Make sure the sheets are intuitive and easy to use.
Advanced Reporting Dashboard:
Develop an advanced, interactive reporting dashboard that shows real-time data updates.
Design the dashboard to help our business make quick and accurate decisions.
Ensure the dashboard includes user, supplier, customer number, project, and status information.
Highlight the lowest prices from vendors and ensure the lowest supplier is selected based on the comparison sheet.
Functionality and Submission:
Ensure the Price Comparison sheet can be used for each purchasing requirement.
Ensure the Selling Price Calculation sheet can be used for each customer.
Add a feature to mark sheets as submitted once completed (status).
Sharing:
Make sure files can be shared via Google Drive, OneDrive, and other sharing platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly Excel sheets.
Excellent communication skills and ability to understand project requirements.
Ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
