Excel Specialist Needed to sort and format column data

I have 3 excel spreadsheets that need coordinates
organized from one column into two and
standardized in formatting so they can be exported
into a .kmz file. There are approximately 3500
coordinates per file. I will need to clarify with
applicant on which columns are to be sorted and
into what coordinate format I would like the final
