Excel Sheet for Upstox Options Chain

I'm looking to create an Excel sheet that fetches options chain data from the Upstox website using an API and a secret key. The data should be stored in the Excel sheet.

Key Requirements:
- Data to be fetched: Strike prices, Bid/Ask prices, Volume/Open interest, and Greeks
- Frequency of updates: Every minute
- Basic calculations (e.g., averages) needed to be done within the Excel sheet
