Excel - Settlement Statements

I handle real estate transactions where multiple properties (portfolio) are included in a single transaction. I need an Excel spread sheet that I can input each single site property and fees per "sheet", and have all "sheets" total up to a "master" sheet/settlement statement reflecting the combined amounts for all sheets/settlement statements for a transaction. I need my company letter head inserted at the top of each sheet, and the amount of fees for each section of of the settlement statement needs to be expandable, as the range of fees can vary from one transaction to the next, as well as the number of properties.
