Excel: Search for partial string match across columns in two worksheets

For each row in worksheet 1 'String to search',
highlight cell in column 2 'Text String', if the string in that cell contains any of the values listed on worksheet 'String to search for' , Column 1 'Cities'.
I need the the formula or macro to be added to the workbook to get this result. (and to understand how it works so I can replicate it)
