Excel VB Script development to automatically update rows in one spreadsheet based on rules and values in another.

Requirements
Req-1. - See "Rule" #1 - For all rows in "Transactions" where the word "woolworths" exists in the column original description, update category to "Grocery", Sub_Category to "Standard" and Vendor to "Woolworths" at the click of a button in "Rules"
Req-2. - As per Req-1, all rules entered from Rule#1 to 1000, must update all rows in "Transactions"
Req-3. - "Rules" ignore rows that do not have any values, but once populated, script must take into account and update accordingly.
