Excel Script to Process CSV Data

I need a custom Excel script that takes data from a CSV file. The script should select specified columns, export the data to Excel, and filter the columns by date. It should also add some additional columns based on the dates, and save the file ready for import into MS Project.
The specific requirements are:
- Selecting the following columns from the CSV: Client Name, client type, year end.
- Adding two additional columns: target start and deadline.
- Using the MM/DD/YYYY format for all date columns.
