Excel QA Scorecard
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need to build a QA score card in Excel. I have ten QA behaviors, with a series of possible answers for each, e.g. Emerging, Effective, Advanced, etc. with a weighted score for each result out of 100%. For each call that is scored we need to use the Excel score card.
