Excel Rows to Column

Hi,

I've attached an excel file and basically i want the data in the input sheet to be like the example provided in the expected output sheet.
any solution you come up with, whether a formula or a vba I want to be taught how it was done so i can replicate the same in the future.

When you place a bid start your bid with the term "apple"
