I'm seeking an expert in Excel and automation to create a rota system that is both flexible and reliable. This function should:
- Generate work schedules efficiently for between 10 to 20 employees
- Incorporate employee names and job roles
2 shifts, day and night. rotates on a 2 week basis
each employee works 3 shifts a week
rota should update when annual leave is added to additional sheet
