Excel Replication Specialist Needed

I'm in need of an Excel expert who can duplicate an existing read-only Excel file. The freelancer should excel in copying values, formulas, formats in order for me to utilize the new copy for my own work.
Key Deliverables:
* Copy existing read-only Excel sheet
* Ensure all formulas, values, and formats are included in the new file
The freelancer should have solid experience working with Excel and dealing with read-only files. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, formulas and data formatting is a must. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work effectively remotely is desirable. Please furnish evidence of related past work when applying.
The job should culminate with the delivery of the copied Excel file to me. The mode of transfer is open to discussion, we can use methods such as email or file sharing platforms such as Dropbox. Details can be worked out later in the process.
