I am looking for a financial analyst or excel guru to help me with a project focused on creating an advanced and dynamic excel sheet. This excel sheet will provide financial forecasting for our real estate fund by focusing on IRR calculation, waterfall distribution, and Return on Investment (ROI) calculations.
Key Features:
* Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Calculation: This is where a large part of your expertise will come into play. The IRR calculation should be accurate and dynamic to reflect variations by changing data inputs.
* Waterfall Distribution Calculations: These calculations should be incorporated to mimic our fund's profit distribution.
* Return on Investment (ROI) Calculation: This should be based on the Initial Investment of the fund.
Skills & Experience required:
* Intimate understanding of financial analyses, specifically in real estate investments.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience creating dynamic and complex financial models.
