Excel Project Tracker and Resource Planner
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
In an effort to simplify our planning - we are currently using Microsoft Project, we want to try and create an excel spreadsheet that accomplishes the key items we are looking for.
The key is that as we add resources to a project, we need to a line for the project to be added to the resource tracker automatically and then from there, we would be able to plan out the resources with revenue, etc.
For formatting and style, it should match the 170320 Resource Planner sheet.
We also want it to include "dashboard elements" of a Gantt chart for the projects and also a team planner view.
Comments and general layout and formulas are shown in the starter sheet.
