Excel Project(Shipping Service)

Looking for a better way to manage my products. I have a package tracker connected to excel.I have an excel spreadsheet with all my shipping info on it.When a cell updates to delivered based on the package tracker I want it to autoupdated my status on my sheet.Also I just want a cleaner page. Need an excel expert there is a lot going within the page.
