Excel Project Plan Creation

I'm looking for an Excel expert to help me create a project plan that I can use to manage projects with multiple periods at once.
Key Features:
- Import project names from an existing Excel workbook, filtering for those with an "active" status.
- Define multiple periods for each project, represented as multiple columns for start and end dates.
- Assign employees to project periods, with a system to flag if an employee is assigned to the same date more than once, or if they're on vacation.
- Include the ability to assign subcontractors to project periods.
The user interface should follow the standard Excel layout, making it easy to navigate and use.
The project plan should track the following details for each employee assigned to a project: Employee name.
