Excel Product Import Issue on POS

I'm in need of an experienced freelancer to assist in importing an Excel product list file to my POS system.
When I import product lists in my POS system, it does not import. It is mentioned that the file should be in csv format. I have it in excel format. But I transferred that excel format to csv format and imported it, but it is not imported either. I need to solve this problem soon
