Excel Pivot Tables for Customer Trends

I need help creating pivot tables in Excel to analyze customer trends. The analysis should be based on three simple Excel files.

Requirements:
- Create pivot tables
- Analyze customer trends
- Focus on product name
- Year-to-date data
