Excel Pivot/ Macro

i need help in some raw data i have on excel that includes huge data amount of attendance sheet and i want to make a pivot table in order to filter out people who have recorded absence after the last day they attended.
i want to check each employee when was the last time they came to work... and then check if they were absent after their last time they came to work, if they were, put their names on a list and clean all their data from the big all data sheet. so for example i shahd.. the last time i went to work is 1st of january, but then i was absent after that, day.. if i was absent , then i want my data to be cleaned out of the all data ... and have my name on a seperate list.if shahd's record for example is reported, absent reported absent absent .... then it will become reported absent reported Only... so the last 2 are removed because i was absent after the last time i reported
