Excel Patient Records Statistics

I have a dataset of patient health records that I need explored in Excel. The focus is strictly on descriptive statistics—nothing predictive at this stage. I’m looking for a clean, well-structured workbook that:

• Organises the raw records logically (filters, named ranges or Power Query are all fine).
• Generates clear summary measures—means, medians, minimums, maximums and any other basic stats you feel will help us quickly understand our population.
• Presents the results in an easy-to-read summary sheet, supported by pivots or simple charts where they add value.

The file should be delivered ready for me to refresh when new data arrives. Please let me know your preferred approach and any clarifying questions so we can get started right away.
