Excel Patient Records Analysis

I have a spreadsheet of patient records and need a straightforward, well-organized descriptive statistics summary focused on two areas:
• Patient demographics (age, gender, etc.)
• Hospital readmission rates
Please clean any obvious data entry issues, then use Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, or built-in analytics) to calculate counts, percentages, means, and other simple measures that clearly describe these two metrics. A compact dashboard or separate summary sheet with easy-to-read tables and a few basic charts is all that’s required.
Deliverables:
1. The cleaned data sheet.
2. A summary sheet/dashboard highlighting key demographic figures and readmission statistics.
3. A brief note (a few lines) explaining your steps so I can replicate or update the work later.
