Excel-to-PDF Formatted Template

I need a single-page Excel template that I can drop text and numbers into, keep everything lined up as simple lists, and then export straight to PDF without spending more time on page setup. The sheet has to handle basic number formatting (commas, currency, two-decimals, etc.) automatically so the data looks polished the moment it’s entered. Margins, print area, and scaling should already be locked so the PDF comes out centered, with no clipped columns or awkward page breaks.

The deliverable is the finished .xlsx file set to “Fit to one page” and a quick note showing where I can adjust the list items or add extra rows without breaking the layout.
