Excel Optimization for Slow Budget Sheet

My Excel program is currently running slow and frequently stalling. I have a large 12 month budget program that is filled with numerous advanced formulas. The program has been giving me the error code "Circular Reference". However, I am primarily looking for someone who can optimize the overall performance of the program, as well as identifying any circular references.
