Excel Office 365 Timeline Template

Attached is a pdf of a power point presentation that I manualy put together. It is a timeline of projects across 15 categories including CSS Systems, ESS Systems, Pubs Networks, Tools, Control Room, R&D, Data Sciences, Big Data, Security, Viz, Cloud, Division, Facilities and User Services. Each task within the categories above have a start date, scheduled end date, and an "actual" aka target date. Each category also has a list of unscheduled projects. Rather than doing this manually I would like to have an Excel solution where I can time in the project name, its dates and the corresponding timeline will build itself. I have experience in Excel but not to the extent that I could build this without a serious effort. I am looking for someone to build it and also provide some documentation or training on how they did it. It can be written or in a video.
