I have a destination workbook ready, with clearly labelled cells that need to be filled only with numeric values. The source material sits in another Excel file spread across several sheets. Your job is simple yet detail-critical: pull those numbers from each source sheet and drop them into the matching fields of my target workbook without disturbing any existing formulas or formatting.

Deliverables:
• Completed destination workbook with all numbers correctly pasted
• Quick note outlining which source sheets fed which destination sections (a short paragraph is enough)
