Excel Macro 3 step process

I'm looking for someone skilled in Excel and Macro's devs.
Basically, need to conduct a 3 step process, which involves the creation of Excel files from an input Excel (step 1 and 2).
The last step 3, involves the creation of PDF files related to excel files generated previous step 2.
Attached, accessory information with GUI sample -you can do it better of course- and flow process image.
