Excel Macro for Stock Position Analysis

I'm in need of a proficient Excel expert who can create a macro that will perform the following tasks:
1. Generate a spreadsheet by comparing a stock positions spreadsheet (which contains number of shares and dollar values) against a PDF file, which is a master list of stock names and identifiers.
2. Produce an XML file based on the comparison results.
The macro should specifically compare stock identifiers between the two data sources.
