Excel Macro for Stock Count

Hi, I am looking macro/script for below needs.
I have inventory system which export products and we call it raw data. we looking to stock take time to time and upload back xls in inventory to adjust qty for products. to make this process seamless we need below process.
we have excel sheet preapred with vlookup fromula where we scan barcode and pull the product information.
raw data = export products from inventory
stock count = our file where we scan and count products
we determine suppliers from products based on sku code formate
1. There will be two excel files, 1 - raw data , 2 - stock count
2. run the macro, ask supplier code
3. from the raw data file keep all data from selected supplier and remove all other products that belongs to other supplier + make column #AA 0 for all row in "raw data" file
--- file contain products info from all suppliers
4. stock count file contain multiple row for same products, merge all row for same products and sum of calucaltion in column#D to found final stock qty per product
5. Replace #aa values in raw data from coumn D (stock count)
6. export file in importable formate for invetory.
