Excel Macro for Record Shifting

I need an Excel macro to move records between two sheets in the same workbook. Here's the challenging part: records should be relocated based upon logical condition within a certain range of values in designated columns. Time isn't a constraint but proficiency in scripting Excel macros and strong grasp of logical functions is mandatory. Clean and efficient code is valuable.
