Excel Macro Security

We have a source file and a macro that takes data from an access data base, grabs more data from an excel based source file then creates a new excel document. Seems like Microsoft changed something and our Macro's wont function any longer. This is a mission critical process for us and were asking for immediate help if possible. We are available all day Friday hoping that we can set something up.
