Excel Macro Modification for OPC Data Polling from a PLC

I am looking for someone to modify an Excel Workbook for me. The current Workbook reads values out of a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) via OPC (Open Communications Platform). RSLinx communications software is used to talk to the PLC serve up data to the OPC topic. The “CURRENT” sheet in the Excel Workbook polls concatenates values in Column C, row 7 and row 8 to build a tag that communicates with the PLC. I am looking to have the current sheet modified so that when tags are polled the values poll in as shown in the “END_RESULT” sheet in the Excel Workbook. When done, the Workbook must still be fully functional in it’s current format, only how the PLC tags are polled should be changed. In the example shown, PLC string tag types are being polled, but the Workbook must still be able to read/write all tag types including INT, DINT, REAL….
The person awarded the job, will receive a remote AnyDesk session into a computer that is setup with a Workbook talking to a PLC, so that they can test their work. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I AM NOT ASKING FOR AN EXCEL SHEET TO JUST CHANGE HOW VALUES ARE DISPLAYED IN THE SHEET. I AM LOOKING FRO THE SHEET TO CHANGE HOW IT POLLS DATA OUT OF THE PLC.
The attached example is currently connected to a PLC and the values shown are string values polled out of the PLC. Please also reference the attached screenshots.
The most successful candidate will respond with a NON AI GENERATED response. And some detail that makes me believe that they actually understand the task at hand. Ideally they will have previous experience with OPC in an Excel workbook.
