Excel Macro to Merge Files

I'm looking for an Excel macro that can merge multiple Excel files into a single one and convert it into the required format. The merged file should include all data and sheets from the source files. The final output should also be in Excel format.

I have provided you the required format with source file formats. Strict dead line is required to complete the work.
