Excel Macro - Match picture to an Item

I run an "Open OrderList Report" reports (open line items). Its an excel spreadsheet
Assuming that all my files/reports begin with column "B" (containing item numbers), I would like to run a macro to "attach" the item's picture in column "A" (or besides the item's line)
Item's pictures can be saved (pic/pdf) as a separate file (named as the item).
It can be excuted using Macro or using formulas.
