Excel Macro Enhancement and Efficiency

I have an existing macro in Microsoft Excel that I'm looking to enhance and make more efficient.
Key requirements:
- Improve existing functionality: The macro is already working but needs to be made more effective in its operations.
- Make the macro more efficient: I'm looking to reduce the errors it currently produces.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel: The macro is built in Excel, so a deep understanding of this platform is essential.
- VBA Expertise: The macro uses Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), so experience with this programming language is a must.
- Macro Optimization: A background in optimizing macros for efficiency and error reduction is highly preferred.
The end goal is to have a more reliable and efficient macro that can help streamline my workflow and reduce any potential errors that may arise.
Goal 1- Detect samples quantity in excel file - for example if only sample 1 to 4 have setpoint and amplitude informed than adjust the report in word to only 4 samples.
Goal 2- Macro needs paste in word the photos from excel. Macro needs to detect how many photos have per setup and Sample and label properly in the word file. If no photo detected then paste photo: "Missing.png".
