Excel Macro Development for Heat Map Chart
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm looking for an Excel expert who can create macros to automate a heat map bubble chart. The chart needs to visually match data tab colors through conditional formatting.
Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Excel
- Experienced in creating Excel macros
- Capable of designing heat map bubble charts
- Knowledge in utilizing conditional formatting
- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques
Task:
Excel project generating a few simple macros to automate a heat map, which is an excel based bubble chart, to reflect conditional formatting preferences in the main spreadsheet (colored cells).
Ive outlined the data tab, and yellow columns reflect source data for the heatmap bubble chart displayed in a separate tab. A list tab is also featured, and 2nd example heatmap.
I only require data tab and heatmap tab to be edited. Please add macro to bubble chart so color reflects conditional formatting of the data tab (each bubble always the right color).
Also add feature to heatmap tab for scrolling over bubbles, displaying the name, date, and notes detail from the data tab as a comment when hovering mouse over a respective bubble.
Finally, add update button to data tab to click as changes to datatab are made, which will update / refresh the mindmap (ive highlighted a button location), also if possible a new consultant button for extending the data to add new names in column A, and therefore new names to the heatmap tab once updated.
In conclusion, i need 2 buttons to the data tab, and a macro to an udpate heatmap tab to reflect conditional formats.
