Excel Macro Development for Gym Management
Budget: ₹2,000 – ₹7,000 INR
Need an excel Macro for running a gym..We are Gurgaon based. So Gurgaon based service provider will be preferred.
Following are the expectations .
1.Name of the clients, contact details, joining date, under which plan, payment done- monthwise, mode of payment, payment in which account, which batch etc ( primary data)
2. Automatic data extrapolation from any other excel/data sheet.
3. Integration with whatsup, Insta etc. for tracking the enquiry.
4. Expenses to be extrapolated from bank statement automatically.
5. the payment by the cadets to be updated automatically from the bank statement excel sheet.
6.Integration with attendance tab .(app for the attendance to be crated or can be used any existing)- attendance of trainer and cadets in the app.
7. Automatic Generation of GST invoices for cadets.
8. Keep track of the GST paid for future credit claim.
9.Salary/compensation paid to be tracked from the bank statement.
10.Auto update to the admin about
a) Any cadet is attending but not paid to be
b) If any cadet paid but not attending more than 7 days
11. inventory and equipment tracking.
a) Equipment list
b) Stock management- Track consumables (chalk, tape, merchandise)
12. Scalability and Customization-
a) Multi location support – track multiple branches.
b) Custom fields- Allow gym owner to add unique data points
( e.g – Bodyweight stats, skill levels,as needed)
c) Creation of history sheet for every cadet
d) Export options.
13. Implementation
a) Use VBA ( Visual Basic for application to code these macros, ensuring they’re user friendly with buttons and prompts)
b) Leverage excel tables for dynamic data ranges and formula for real time calculation.
