Excel Macro Development for Data Migration

I need a couple of Excel macros writing in order to extract mixed data (text and numbers) from a user-input spreadsheet and import it into another spreadsheet template. The ideal freelancer for this project should have a deep understanding of Excel and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), with proven experience in writing macros for data extraction and migration. They should also have a good understanding of handling mixed data types, and be able to create efficient, reliable macros that can handle varying volumes of data.

The project involves:
