Excel Macro's - Build and develop

I am in need of an Excel Wizard/Senior Developer that can build a tool to convert pdfs to excel and then run a macro to have the data all pulled from the source data and put into a format where it can be imported into Netsuite via csv. You will need a very in depth understanding of excel. Excellent English skills are required
